سُبْحَانَكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَتَعَالَيْتَ

subḥānaka allāhumma wa taʿālīta

Glory be to Thee, O Allah, and high art Thou exalted!

سُبْحَانَكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ الْعِزُّ اِزَارُكَ

subḥānaka allāhumma wa al-ʿizz izāruka

Glory be to Thee, O Allah, and might is Thy loincloth!

سُبْحَانَكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَالْعَظَمَةُ رِدآؤُكَ

subḥānaka allāhumma wa al-ʿaẓamah ridāʾuka

Glory be to Thee, O Allah, and mightiness is Thy cloak!

سُبْحَانَكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَالْكِبْرِيَآءُ سُلْطَانُكَ

subḥānaka allāhumma wa al-kibriyāʾ sulṭānuka

Glory be to Thee, O Allah, and magnificence is Thy authority!

سُبْحَانَكَ مِنْ عَظِيْمِ مَا أَعْظَمَكَ

subḥānaka min ʿaẓīmi mā aʿẓamaka

Glory be to Thee, All-Mighty! How mighty Thou art!

سُبْحَانَكَ سُبِّحْتَ فِيْ الْمَلَاِ الْأَعْلٰى، تَسْمَعُ وَتَرٰى مَا تَحْتَ الثَّرٰى

subḥānaka subbiḥta fī al-malāʾ al-aʿlā, tasmaʿu wa tarā mā taḥta al-tharā

Glory be to Thee! Thou art glorified in the highest! Thou hearest and seest what is under the soil!

سُبْحَانَكَ اَنْتَ شَاهِدُ كُلِّ نَجْوٰى

subḥānaka anta shāhid kulli najwā

Glory be to Thee! Thou art witness over every whispered conversation!

سُبْحَانَكَ مَوْضِعُ كُلِّ شَكْوٰى

subḥānaka mawpʿu kulli shakway

Glory be to Thee, the place where every complaint is put down!

سُبْحَانَكَ حَاضِرُ كُلِّ مَلَاٍ

subḥānaka ḥāḍiru kulli malāʾin

Glory be to Thee, present in every assembly!

سُبْحَانَكَ عَظِيمُ الرَّجآءِ

subḥānaka ʿaẓīm al-rajāʾ

Glory be to Thee, object of great hopes!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَرٰى مَا فِيْ قَعْرِ الْمَآءِ

subḥānaka tarā mā fī qaʿri al-māʾ

Glory be to Thee! Thou seest what is at the lowest depth of the water!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَسْمَعُ أَنْفَاسَ الْحِيْتَانِ فِيْ قُعُوْرِ الْبِحَارِ

subḥānaka tasmaʿu anfāsa al-ḥiyātān fī quʿūr al-biḥār

Glory be to Thee! Thou hearest the breaths of the fish in the lowest depths of the oceans!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَعْلَمُ وَزْنَ السَّمَوَاتِ

subḥānaka taʿlamu wazan al-samāwāt

Glory be to Thee! Thou knowest the weight of the heavens!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَعْلَمُ وَزْنَ الْاَرَضِيْنَ

subḥānaka taʿlamu wazan al-arḍīn

Glory be to Thee! Thou knowest the weight of the earths!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَعْلَمُ وَزْنَ الشَّمْسِ وَ الْقَمَرِ

subḥānaka taʿlamu wazan al-shams wa al-qamar

Glory be to Thee! Thou knowest the weight of the sun and the moon!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَعْلَمُ وَزْنَ الظُّلْمَةِ وَالنُّوْرِ

subḥānaka taʿlamu wazan al-ẓulmah wa al-nūr

Glory be to Thee! Thou knowest the weight of the darkness and the light!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَعْلَمُ وَزْنَ الْفَيْءِ وَالْهَوَآءِ

subḥānaka taʿlamu wazan al-fayʾ wa al-hawāʾ

Glory be to Thee! Thou knowest the weight of the shadow and the air!

سُبْحَانَكَ تَعْلَمُ وَزْنَ الرِّيْحِ كَمْ هِيَ مِنْ مِثْقَالِ ذَرَّةٍ

subḥānaka taʿlamu wazan al-rīḥ kam hiya min mithqāl dharrah

Glory be to Thee! Thou knowest the weight of the wind, how many times it is greater than the weight of a dust mote!

سُبْحَانَكَ قُدُّوْسٌ قُدُّوْسٌ قُدُّوْسٌ

subḥānaka quddūs quddūs quddūs

Glory be to Thee, All-holy, All-holy, All-holy!

سُبْحَانَكَ عَجَبًا مَنْ عَرَفَكَ كَيْفَ لَا يَخَافُكَ

subḥānaka ʿajaban man ʿarafaka kayfa lā yakhāfuka

Glory be to Thee! I wonder how any who knows Thee could fear Thee not!

سُبْحَانَكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ

subḥānaka allāhumma wa bi-ḥamdika

Glory be to Thee, O Allah, and Thine is the praise!

سُبْحَانَكَ اللهُ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيْمُ

subḥānaka allāh al-ʿaliyy al-ʿaẓīm

Glory be to Allah, the All-high, the All-Mighty!
