صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

Send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَاحْجُبْنَا عَنِ الْإِلْحَادِ فِي عَظَمَتِكَ.

waḥjubnā ʿani al-ilḥādi fī ʿaẓamatika.

And shield us from disbelief in Your greatness.

وَيَا مَنْ لا تَنْتَهِي مُدَّةُ مُلْكِهِ،

wa yā man lā tantahī muddata mulkihi,

And O You whose reign never ends,

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

Send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَأَعْتِقْ رِقَابَنَا مِنْ نَقِمَتِكَ.

wa aʿtiq riqābanā min naqimatika.

And liberate our necks from Your punishment.

وَيَا مَنْ لا تَفْنَى خَزَائِنُ رَحْمَتِهِ،

wa yā man lā tafnā khazāʾinu raḥmatihi,

And O You whose treasures of mercy never perish,

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

Send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا نَصِيبًا فِي رَحْمَتِكَ.

wa ajʿal lanā naṣīban fī raḥmatika.

And grant us a share in Your mercy.

وَيَا مَنْ تَنْقَطِعُ دُونَ رُؤْيَتِهِ الْأَبْصَارُ،

wa yā man tanqaṭiʿu dūna ruʾyatihi al-abṣāru,

And O You in whose sight all vision ceases,

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

Send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَأَدْنِنَا إِلَى قُرْبِكَ.

wa adninā ilā qurbika.

And bring us closer to You.

وَيَا مَنْ تَصْغُرُ عِنْدَ خَطَرِهِ الْأَخْطَارُ،

wa yā man taṣghuru ʿinda khaṭarihi al-akhṭāru,

And O You before whose danger all dangers shrink,

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

Send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَكَرِّمْنَا عَلَيْكَ.

wa karrimnā ʿalayka.

And honor us through You.

وَيَا مَنْ تَظْهَرُ عِنْدَهُ بَوَاطِنُ الْأَخْبَارِ،

wa yā man taẓharu ʿindahu bawāṭinu al-akhbār,

And O You before whom all hidden truths appear,

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

Send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَلَا تَفْضَحْنَا لَدَيْكَ.

wa lā tafḍaḥnā ladayka.

And do not disgrace us before You.

اللَّهُمَّ أَغْنِنَا عَنْ هِبَةِ الْوَهَّابِينَ بِهِبَتِكَ،

allāhumma aghninā ʿan hibati al-wahhābīn bihibatika,

O Allah, enrich us without needing the gift of the generous by Your gift,

وَاكْفِنَا وَحْشَةَ الْقَاطِعِينَ بِصِلَتِكَ،

wa akfinā waḥshata al-qāṭiʿīna biṣilatika,

And suffice us from the loneliness caused by those who sever ties with Your connection,

حَتَّى لَا نَرْغَبَ إِلَى أَحَدٍ مَعَ بَذْلِكَ،

ḥattā lā narghaba ilā aḥadin maʿa bazlika,

So that we desire no one besides You despite our giving,

وَلَا نَسْتَوْحِشَ مِنْ أَحَدٍ مَعَ فَضْلِكَ.

wa lā nastawḥish min aḥadin maʿa faḍlika.

And we do not feel forsaken by anyone with Your grace.

اللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

allāhumma faṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi

O Allah, so send blessings on Muḥammad and his family,

وَكِدْ لَنَا وَلَا تَكِدْ عَلَيْنَا،

wa kid lanā wa lā takid ʿalaynā,

And plan for us and do not plot against us,

وَامْكُرْ لَنَا وَلَا تَمْكُرْ بِنَا،

wa amkur lanā wa lā tamkur binā,

And schemingly help us and do not scheme against us,

وَأَدِلْ لَنَا وَلَا تُدِلَّ مِنَّا.

wa adil lanā wa lā tudill minnā.

And guide us and do not mislead us.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ،

allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi,

O Allah, send blessings upon Muḥammad and his family,

وَقِنَا مِنْكَ، وَاحْفَظْنَا بِكَ، وَاهْدِنَا إِلَيْكَ،

wa qinā minka, waḥfaẓnā bika, wa ahdinā ilayka,

Protect us from You, guard us through You, and guide us to You,

وَلَا تُبَاعِدْنَا عَنْكَ إِنَّ مَنْ تَقِهِ يَسْلَمُ،

wa lā tubāʿidnā ʿanka inna man taqīhi yaslamu,

And do not distance us from You; indeed, whoever fears You is safe,

وَمَنْ تَهْدِهِ يَعْلَمُ، وَمَنْ تُقَرِّبُهُ إِلَيْكَ يَغْنَمُ.

wa man tahdihi yaʿlamu, wa man tuqarribuhu ilayka yaghnamu.

And whoever You guide knows, and whoever You bring near to You profits.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi

O Allah, send blessings on Muḥammad and his family,

وَاكْفِنَا حَدَّ نَوَائِبِ الزَّمَانِ،

wa akfinā ḥadda nawāʾibi az-zamān,

And protect us from the calamities of time,

وَشَرَّ مَصَائِدِ الشَّيْطَانِ وَمَرَارَةَ صَوْلَةِ السُّلْطَانِ.

wa sharra maṣāʾidi ash-shayṭān wa marārata ṣawlatis-sulṭān.

And the evil traps of Satan and the bitterness of the ruler’s oppression.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّمَا يَكْتَفِي الْمُكْتَفُونَ بِفَضْلِ

allāhumma innamā yaktafī al-muktafūna bi faḍli,

O Allah, indeed, those who suffice suffice only by the grace

قُوَّتِكَ فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ، وَاكْفِنَا

quwwatika faṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi, wa akfinā,

Of Your strength. So bless Muḥammad and his family, and suffice us,

وَإِنَّمَا يُعْطِي الْمُعْطُونَ مِنْ فَضْلِ جِدَّتِكَ

wa innamā yuʿṭī al-muʿṭūna min faḍli jiddatika,

And indeed, those who give do so from the abundance of Your generosity,

فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَأعْطِنَا

faṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi wa aʿṭinā,

So send blessings on Muḥammad and his family and grant us,

وَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِي الْمُهْتَدُونَ بِنُورِ وَجْهِكَ

wa innamā yahtadī al-muhtadūna bi nūri wajhika,

And indeed, those who are guided are guided by the light of Your Face,

فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَاهْدِنَا.

faṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi wa ahdinā.

So send blessings on Muḥammad and his family and guide us.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ مَنْ وَلَّيْتَ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ خِذْلَانُ الْخَاذِلِينَ،

allāhumma innaka man wallayta lam yaḍurrhu khiḏlānu al-khāḏilīn,

O Allah, surely whoever You befriend, the abandoning of the traitors harms him not,

وَمَنْ أَعْطَيْتَ لَمْ يَنْقُصْهُ مَنْعُ الْمَانِعِينَ،

wa man aʿṭayta lam yanquṣhu manʿu al-māniʿīn,

And whoever You grant, the denial of the deniers decreases him not,

وَمَنْ هَدَيْتَ لَمْ يُغْوِهِ إِضْلَالُ الْمُضِلِّينَ.

wa man hadayta lam yughwihi iḍlālu al-muḍillīn,

And whoever You guide, the misguidance of the misleaders misleads him not.

فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ، وَامْنَعْنَا بِعِزَّكَ، مِنْ عِبَادِكَ

faṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi, wa amnaʿnā bi ʿizzika min ʿibādika,

So send blessings on Muḥammad and his family, and protect us by Your glory from Your servants,

وَأَغْنِنَا عَنْ غَيْرِكَ بِإِرْفَادِكَ،

wa aghninā ʿan ghayrika bi irfādika,

And enrich us besides anyone else by Your aid,

وَاسْلُكْ بِنَا سَبِيلَ الْحَقِّ بِإِرْشَادِكَ.

wa asluk binā sabīla al-ḥaqqi bi irshādika.

And guide us on the path of truth by Your guidance.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَاجْعَلْ سَلاَمَةَ قُلُوبِنَا

allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi wa-jʿal salāmata qulūbinā,

O Allah, send blessings on Muḥammad and his family and make the safety of our hearts

فِي ذِكْرِ عَظَمَتِكَ وَفَرَاغَ أَبْدَانِنَا فِي شُكْرِ نِعْمَتِكَ

fī dhikri ʿaẓamatika wa farāgha abdaninā fī shukri niʿmatika,

In the remembrance of Your greatness and the emptiness of our bodies in gratitude for Your blessings,

وَانطِلاقَ أَلْسِنَتِنَا فِي وَصْفِ مِنَّتِكَ.

wa inṭilāqa alsinatinā fī waṣfi minnatikā.

And the release of our tongues in praising Your favor.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā muḥammadin wa ālihi

O Allah, send blessings on Muḥammad and his family

وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْ دُعَاتِكَ الدَّاعِينَ إِلَيْكَ،

wa jʿalnā min duʿātika ad-dāʿīn ilayka,

And make us among those who call to You,

وَهُدَاتِكَ الدَّالِّينَ عَلَيْكَ،

wa hudātika ad-dāllīn ʿalayka,

And Your guides who lead to You,

وَمِنْ خَاصَّتِكَ الْخَاصِّينَ لَدَيْكَ،

wa min khāṣṣatika al-khāṣṣīn ladayka,

And from Your chosen, the special ones near You,

يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ.

yā arḥama ar-rāḥimīn.

O Most Merciful of the merciful.
